Su Roujiamo, or, Veggie Roujiamo, is inspired by the traditional Xi’an flavor food Roujiamo (meat in nan). The fillings, made from frozen toufu, mushroom, sweet corn, plus spices and seasonings, is called veggie meat. With the classic nan-like Baiji bread, Veggie Roujiamo is rich in flavors, with deep after-taste.
