Sago with taro & coconut juice

This is a Cantonese sweet soup that endures a course of a century. It is stewed from a combination of mashed taro purée, cooked sago, coconut milk. As the soup is done, the sago is crystal clear and tenacious, while the taro smells sweet. Together with the fragrance of coconut milk, the soup may lead a person to endless aftertastes.
