Potato mash wrapped up with Tofu Skin (soy bean curb sheet), fried to golden, doused with special sauce, then sprinkled with white sesame and seaweed. Crispy from the outside and soft on from the inside, with the all the flavours of the ingredients thoroughly absorbed, Shu Bao is a rich feast in one bite.
